Kitchen Sink Installation

New kitchen sinks installed and fully connected — basin, faucet, drain, and supply lines, all sealed and leak-tested.

A Complete Kitchen Sink Installation

A kitchen sink installation is more than dropping in a basin. Flat Rate Plumbing Company sets and seals the new sink, installs and connects the faucet, fits the drain assembly and basket strainer, connects the supply lines, and reconnects your garbage disposal and dishwasher line if you have them.

The plumbing side is where it counts: the drain has to slope right, every seal has to seat, and the disposal and dishwasher connections have to be tight. Get those wrong and you've got a leak quietly soaking the cabinet below. Roy handles the whole hookup and leak-tests it before he leaves.

Roy Adams has been a licensed Texas Master Plumber since 1984 and installs kitchen sinks throughout Grand Prairie, Arlington, Cedar Hill, Mansfield, and Duncanville — with one upfront flat-rate price approved before he begins.

What a Kitchen Sink Installation Covers

Basin to disposal, here's what a complete Flat Rate kitchen sink installation includes.

🚰

Faucet & Supply Lines

Faucet installed and supply lines connected to the shut-offs.

💧

Drain & Strainer

♻️

Disposal Reconnect

Garbage disposal and dishwasher line reconnected if present.

The Hookup Is Where It Counts

The kitchen sink is the busiest plumbing fixture in the house, and everything under it — the drain, the trap, the supply lines, the disposal — has to be connected and sealed correctly. A single loose slip-nut or unsealed strainer turns into a slow leak that ruins the cabinet floor over time.

Roy handles the entire connection, not just the sink: drain and trap fitted with the right slope, supply lines to the shut-offs, and your disposal and dishwasher reconnected and checked. Then he runs water and the disposal to confirm the whole system is leak-free.

It's all covered by one upfront flat-rate price, so you know the full cost of the installation before it starts.

A Sink That's Ready to Use

When it's done, your new sink is set, connected, and tested from top to bottom:

  • New sink set, sealed & secured
  • Faucet installed and supply lines connected
  • Drain assembly & basket strainer fitted
  • Garbage disposal & dishwasher reconnected if present
  • Entire hookup leak-tested
  • Upfront flat-rate price, approved before any work

Kitchen Sink Installation FAQ

Do you install both drop-in and undermount sinks?

Yes. Roy handles the plumbing side of both — setting, sealing, and fully connecting the sink. For undermount sinks that mount to a stone countertop, the countertop fabricator sometimes sets the basin, and Roy takes care of all the faucet, drain, and disposal connections.

Can I supply my own sink and faucet?

Absolutely. Bring your own sink and faucet and Roy will install and connect everything. If you'd like guidance choosing, he's glad to point you toward quality options.

Can you reconnect my garbage disposal and dishwasher?

Yes — both are part of a complete kitchen sink installation. Roy reconnects the disposal and the dishwasher drain line and leak-tests the connections along with the rest of the sink.

How does your flat-rate pricing work?

Every job is quoted with one upfront flat-rate price that covers diagnostics, labor, and parts. Roy gives you the number before any work begins, and the price you approve is the price you pay — no hourly meter and no surprises.
