New Toilet Installation — Grand Prairie & the Surrounding Area

Toilet Installation

New toilets set level, sealed tight with a fresh wax ring, and installed to run right from the very first flush.

A Solid, Leak-Free Toilet Installation

Toilet installation covers removing and hauling away your old toilet, setting the new one on a fresh wax ring, leveling and bolting it securely, connecting the water supply, and testing the flush and seal. Flat Rate Plumbing Company installs it so it's solid and drip-free from day one.

Two things make or break a toilet installation: the wax seal and a level, secure set. A poor seal lets water weep out at the base — right into the subfloor — and a toilet that rocks will eventually break its seal. Roy gets both right.

Roy Adams has been a licensed Texas Master Plumber since 1984 and installs toilets throughout Grand Prairie, Arlington, Cedar Hill, Mansfield, and Duncanville — with one upfront flat-rate price approved before he begins.

What a Toilet Installation Covers

Old toilet out, new toilet in and tested — here's the full job.

🚽

Old Toilet Hauled

Your old toilet removed and hauled away, no mess left behind.

💧

New Wax Ring & Seal

A fresh wax ring and seal for a watertight base.

🔧

Set Level & Secure

Leveled and bolted down so it never rocks.

Tested Flush

Supply connected and the flush and seal tested.

The Seal and the Set Are Everything

A toilet that isn't sealed and secured right is a slow disaster. If the wax ring doesn't seat properly, water and worse weep out at the base every flush — usually unnoticed until the subfloor is soft and stained. And a toilet that rocks because it wasn't set level will work its seal loose over time.

Roy sets every toilet on a fresh wax ring, levels it, bolts it down solid, and tests the flush and the seal before he leaves. He also hauls the old one away, so you're not left with a toilet on the curb.

It's one upfront flat-rate price — toilet set, tested, and old unit removed — approved before the work starts.

A Toilet That's Set and Solid

When Roy's finished, your new toilet is level, sealed, tested, and ready:

  • Old toilet removed & hauled away
  • New wax ring & watertight seal
  • Toilet set level and bolted secure
  • Water supply line connected
  • Flush and base seal tested
  • Upfront flat-rate price, approved before any work

Toilet Installation FAQ

Will you haul away my old toilet?

Yes. Removing and hauling away the old toilet is part of the installation — you won't be left to deal with it.

Can I supply my own toilet?

Of course. Roy will install a toilet you've purchased, and if you'd like a recommendation on a reliable model, he's happy to share one.

How long does a toilet installation take?

A standard toilet installation is usually about an hour. If the flange or shut-off valve is damaged and needs attention, it can take a bit longer — Roy will include anything like that in your upfront flat-rate quote.

How does your flat-rate pricing work?

Every job is quoted with one upfront flat-rate price that covers diagnostics, labor, and parts. Roy gives you the number before any work begins, and the price you approve is the price you pay — no hourly meter and no surprises.
