Faucet Installation

New faucets installed cleanly, sealed properly, and leak-free — for kitchens, bathrooms, and utility sinks throughout your Grand Prairie home.

A Clean, Leak-Free Faucet Installation

Faucet installation covers everything from removing your old faucet to setting, connecting, and testing the new one. Whether it's a kitchen faucet, a bathroom faucet, or a utility-sink faucet, Flat Rate Plumbing Company installs it correctly — supply lines connected, seals seated, and every connection checked for leaks before we call it done.

A faucet looks simple, but a proper installation is what keeps it from dripping under the sink or working loose over time. Worn shut-off valves, mismatched supply lines, and a seal that isn't seated right are the small things that turn into water damage. Roy handles those details so the finished job is solid and drip-free.

Roy Adams has been a licensed Texas Master Plumber since 1984 and installs faucets throughout Grand Prairie, Arlington, Cedar Hill, Mansfield, and Duncanville. Every job comes with one upfront flat-rate price — approved before the work starts — so you know the full cost with no surprises.

What a Faucet Installation Covers

A Flat Rate faucet installation is a complete job, start to finish — here's what it includes.

Why Professional Installation Matters

A faucet is more than a fixture — it's a set of pressurized water connections sitting right above your cabinet and floor. When a supply line is over-tightened, a seal is off, or a shut-off valve is left leaking, the result is a slow drip that can quietly warp cabinetry and damage flooring for weeks before anyone notices.

Getting it installed right the first time avoids all of that. Roy checks the shut-off valves and supply lines while he's under there, seats every connection properly, and runs the water to confirm the whole assembly is tight and draining clean before he packs up.

And because it's flat-rate, you'll know the full price up front — including any small parts the job needs — before Roy begins. No hourly meter, no surprise line items at the end.

A Faucet That Just Works

When the job's done, you get a properly installed, fully tested faucet and a clean workspace:

  • Removal of the old faucet & hardware
  • New faucet installed to manufacturer spec
  • Supply lines & shut-off valves checked and connected

  • Workspace left clean when the job is done

Faucet Installation FAQ

Can you install a faucet I already bought?

Absolutely. We're glad to install a faucet you've already purchased, and if you haven't bought one yet, Roy can point you toward quality brands that hold up well. Either way, you get the same clean, leak-free installation.

How long does a faucet installation take?

A standard faucet swap is usually about an hour. If the shut-off valves or supply lines need replacing, or the old faucet is corroded in place, it can take a bit longer — but Roy will walk you through anything like that as part of your upfront flat-rate quote.

Can you replace the shut-off valves while you're there?

Yes. If the shut-off valves under the sink are old, stuck, or weeping, it's the perfect time to replace them. Roy will let you know if he recommends it and include it in your flat-rate price before doing the work.

What does faucet installation cost?

Every job is quoted with one upfront flat-rate price that covers diagnostics, labor, and parts. You'll know the full cost and approve it before any work begins — no hourly surprises.
